Constant calls to which Ive block over and over.

i keep getting calls from this number and all i hear on their end is a womans voice asking if i want to accept this call or leave a voice message/

Said they were with ACT prep. Claimed our youngest requested info. This is false! REporting too to www.donotcall.gov, annoyance bureau at CenturyLink and if needed, attorney generals office of California.

called number back after listening to my voice mail which didn't have any voice just noise and then it hung up. So, I called several times and the call immediately gets forwarded to music "Californ -i-a" ..song by the beach boys I think it is.. so I googled the number and landed on this site... Phase One Detailing doesn't like any spam callers

This man called my office and asked for me by name. He left a message for me with our staff and said to write on the message that "She will know what this is about" and told them to draw a smiley face on the message.

Calls our number which is on the "Do Not Call" list. Why is there no true recourse and stoppage of offenders???
