Received a call on voice mail stating that if I or my attorney did not return call he, the caller wished me good luck, I returned call, spoke to michael F-I could not make out all of last name due to connection and accent-The caller could not tell me what the amount of a loan was or when or anything else-he gave the impression was this year in Feb-May-I'm unemployed no bank-so show me the money-oh yea the loan was to be for 300-I ask for copies-he said it was to be mailed-when I told him he was being recorded he hung up?? Imagine that

They called me said the police were on there way to arrest me if I did not pay the $315 and thanks to all of you I google to find out it is a scan, called my local police to file compliant, scary they had my #ss and bank info just got off the phone with the bank now.

This guy said I was involved in fraud and was gonna be arrested if I didn't call him back. He said his name was Officer Albert Johnson. It was hard to understand him. I went to the police and filed a complaint and they listened to the moron's message.

I rec'd a call from this number stating that I owed money and a legal action was being taken against me. I reached out to my bank to see if what the caller was stating was true (in regards to my receiving money from the caller's company) and nada. I started searching the web for information on the company CASH ADVANCE and found website, http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/us-cash-advance-c246245.html. Here they go into detail about the scam and even supply the number for the FTC. I called the FTC and the rep I spoke to Grace, immediately knew my situation once I gave her the company name. Per Grace, we as consumers must recieve written information within 5 days regarding legal action once notified by phone. She also states that the scammers will continue to call but if I show myself to be a smart consumer I can stop their action by letting them know I know my rights and letting them know that the FTC is advised of their action and working on catching them. Grace also advised that I should let my boss know as the scammers obviously have my work number so a heads up to the boss should be given.
