Illegal alien living here in the United States

His name is Talha and he works for Fintrestle - ADCB he claims that he is from the ADCB banks and that i have a record that my personal loan is not paid and have an oustanding thousands dirhams. He calls every single hour and day both my personal phone and office, very annoying and i really felt harrased that one day he came to my work presenting one sheet of paper showing my records from the bank which is absolutely insane.....the record is not accurate, if this was taken from their "records" it should have at least my original employer and my mobile no.????? these is all fraud! when i asked him to show more details since he claims that he works from the bank, he cannot show anything but this fake piece of paper. i decided to file a case to teach them a lesson and stop harrasing people like me just because my name is under the database of ABN AMRO which is absolutely disorganized and now i wondered why there were bankrupt???? this men cannot show me identification which i believe is the first thing that they do to introduce their self.....you know what i mean????? all these 3rd party debt collector must stop doing these and i will put a full stop on this by filing a case legally.
