Pretended he knew me by using my first name.

Unprofessional

She is debt collector only and calls your relatives making threats

Company has been calling apparently trying to collect a debt that was not approved by this number.

Claim it is not a collection or sales call but an investigation from Dallas Texas. Very rude

They were asking for somebody I don't know saying that my phone number was related to the person's social. When I mentioned that I had this phone number for 12 years the lady got rude and hang up on me. I called the number back and the same lady answer, she was rude and said she didn't hang up on me because she said "good day". When I said I was still talking she hang up on me AGAIN!

Constant calls and then they hang up when we pick up

They said they were special investigators with dallas county and had an open investigation.

Called my husband's phone. Said they were from Investigator Harris' office. Gave the name of one of our friends and said he put down my husband's name as a reference. Wanted to know where friend was, phone number to reach him, etc. Luckily my husband played dumb and said he didn't know where to find him.

Harassing calls say they are not a telemarketer call that they are doing an investigation
