harassing family with calls and texts

This is a unidentified number with harassment content

calls come in every 15 minutes anywhere from 7:30am to 9:30pm

This number calls me 5 or 6 times a day. Either they won't speak. Or after me saying hello like 5 times the caller tells me it's some sort of research. I am on a " no call list " and have been for years and years. How can I stop this or make a complaint ?

Possibly political. Possibly scam. But what a pain in the butt this caller is. Every. Single. Day!!! Today after 4 calls, the 3rd of which I answered to tell at them. On the 4th call, I called back and comes up CMI Research, however a quick Google search shows there is a reputable company in NJ that people think is this scam caller. They are calling our home 5-6+ times daily, including weekends. When you do pick up, it is a dead silence for a bit, then a click and a life person comes on. Normally, we just either let the machine get it or pick up and hang up immediately, but every once in a while when I'm feeling feisty, I pick up and tell at them off and to remove our name/number. Never works. They uncalled back a half an hour later! No matter what you do, they don't stop.

Can this number stop calling my house number again

Constant calling many times a day.

Repeated calls evenings for days now. Number added to blocked calls. ID's from Newfoundland, NJ..

Called ID shows Newfoundland NJ. They called twice in a row a week ago so I answered the second call but heard only silence. Since then they call four times daily, often twice in a row, even in weekends and evenings. I never answered and they leave no message

Add my name to the list of callees. 4-6 calls a day for the last few weeks. and call block doesnt seem to work, so probably this number is masking the real one
