Keeps calling saying there will be a arrest warrant an the police will come to where I work and to my house. Said there would be cops at my house and at work in thirty minutes but now one showed up. We even called the police to see if there was a warrant for arrest but they said no.

First, called me several times at work and my cell phone saying that he was with a law firm and there is a lawsuit against me. I needed to either pay the money or there would be a arrest warrant for me. Called him back to see if we could do it in two payments, said yes. Told me to go to Home Depot by my house to get it. Which, if you don't know is a home improvement place. Told him I would call him back. He never called me back.

I been getting calls from this same number 15 times a day. Can anyone please tell how to permanently have this number and or company blocked from calling anyone else. I am sure that it's probably some company overseas with bunch of ragheads calling and making 50 CENTS/call for every 20 people they can threatened.

I've been getting calls from this number and they've said the same things to me. If they call back I'm recording it. They're scammers and they're gonna get caught. There is on way you can be arrested for not paying a loan. Also I researched the name of the company they gave me which was American Cash and the only thing that came up was a retail marketing service and warnings that American Cash is a scam. When I asked questions they wouldn't answer any of them they just threatened to have me arrested.
