Old joke that my child kicked their dog.

Called saying I scratched his car and left my phone number. Was very rude and told me to shut my mouth. He the proceeded to call my girlfriend's number within an hour. I was very angry about the call and I see others complaining about other false calls with similar accusations.

This person claimed he lives two doors down and desperately needed toilet paper
