I was to make a deal for some products with the said owner of this number. He had scammed me twice and I also have proof that he scammed somebody else

It has to be some type of robo call. The number calls me consistently, and theres always a long voicemail with nothing but hello in a robo voice at the beginning.

Yes i did it said he was an officer for the social security administration.

Called my office while I was working and pretended that we had called him. This man has destroyed my life and taken fifteen thousand dollars from me and my family. Has called me several ttimes and has called my office and he was told it was againstthe law.HE WILL DRIVE YOU CRAZY !!!!!!! I HOPE ONE DAY THAT HE WILL HAVE TO PAY EVERYONE THAT HE HAS STOLE FROM AND THAT US THAT WORK HARD FOR A LIVING EVERYDAY CAN WATCH HIM SUFFER. GET A JOB !
