I was scammed out of $1500 from this number

received call from lady asking a lot of personal info re increasing my benefits, when I asked her to repeat her name, the phone went dead. Before the phone died, she wanted to know my address an email. Tried to call back, a recording came on stating that the phone lines are busy, try your call later.

What are the laws governing the "No call list."? I am looking up now. I am on it...

I received 2 calls from this phone number claiming to be an officer from the IRS and stating that the issue is time sensitive and that I must call back to ensure no action is taken against me.
