Called and stayed quite, sending threats

I just received a text message from this number and asked me to install Telegram.

I am on do not call list.........why am I getting these calls on my cell report them stop them

Thank you spokeo. My call block memory is full. I did not pick up the phone since I did not recognize the number .you have the number flagged as a telemarketer . That do not call list is useless. Now that I have found the site. I will try to put in numbers that are bongos, & threatening call from "treasury" who has nerve to leave msg x2. I did not know who to report it to. Thank you & the people entering bogus numbers in the database. No msg was left, I did not call the number as u had it flagged.
