(213) 973 in Los Angeles, CA

Consumer Warning A woman identifying herself as Monica Garcia has repeatedly called me from 213-973-1379 and 855-730-2808. She claims to represent an "arbitration company," not a debt collection agency, and says they are pursuing an alleged breach of contract related to an old account. In my experience, when I requested the company's full legal name, physical mailing address, and official business email so I could send a certified letter requesting documentation, I was told they could not provide that information. I also requested documentation supporting the alleged breach of contract and the underlying account, but I did not receive the information I requested. Because I was unable to verify the company's identity or obtain basic information about the claim, I chose not to sign any documents or make any payment. If you receive calls from these numbers, use caution. Before sending money or signing any documents, verify the identity of the company independently and request all supporting documentation in writing. Phone numbers used: 213-973-1379 855-730-2808 This statement reflects my personal experience and is intended to encourage others to verify any claims before taking action.

Getting spam messages saying they are Alyssa from Seattle but it doesn't look like that is any of the names or locations on Spokeo related to the phone number.

Not a land lane unless they can text now. Or it was once and isn't now, or it's a Bot calling, or it's a scam

Scam texts asking for money saying they are a young female

This phone has been texting and harassing me and my family

Claimed to be gathering information for a death certificate to be filed.

Claimed to have found my lost dog but could not provide a photo of her or tell me what was on her ID tags. Then they wanted to verify I was the real owner by sending me a 6 digit code I was supposed to repeat to them. Clearly a scam that probably would have led to asking for money to "return" the dog they obviously did not have. Their e-mail address was: muratamusbnaka23950@gmail.com and they contacted me through Pawboost.com.

threatening call with extorsion attempt

Scam related to fake debt collection and threats of claims being filed against a person and being sued, potentially being served with papers to go to court. Additional phone number of 213-973-1418 and 626-587-8194 involved. Verified with "bank that was involved" this a scam.
