Harassment sexual number been harassing me back in April I had no id who it is

A person I think I know is trying to abuse me with this number.

Received calls on my cell phone. I called #back in error. A guy answered. Just saying, "Hello." No Hello, Buxmont ABC, may I help you? No my name is XYZ. I had to ask 3 times guys name is Jamison. I ask next, "What Company is this. I hit redial. He said something like Buxmont ?Medical? I am positive "Buxmont" and am pretty sure Medical. Point company name given was dr office related. Wrong #, sorry. Bye. Just suspicious. Accidently, today I called # in error. A woman answered, same as above. Answers "Hello," period. No Company Name, nor her name. Girl/Woman responds, "Easy." Same as above. I asked 3 times, "Sorry, can U repeat u r name? #3 time, confused, I asked, please spell it? Ready, name given, EZ." I spelled "EZ" really, Wow. When asked the Company name, this woman hung up, I did a reverse ph# search, said Bandwidth.com in Abington, PA. There is such a company described as a internet type provider and s/thing to do with global cloud. Spokeo search had deep info pointing to A guy in Phila on is it 52 or 54th Street. I believe 52nd and 54th Sts is SW Phila or near Cobbscreek area in Phila. Do I need to file report with Police? Was my call a scammer phishing? Unsure how you'd handle my comment. Hope my info above helps public
