Recurring caller then they hang up.

Someone is calling me from phone numbers that when I pick up they won't talk. They're quiet and seem to just listen to me asking who is calling, and then they hang up. Whenever I call the phone number back it says I've reached an unpublished phone number, or it makes a screeching sound then disconnects. The phone numbers often different but are doing the same thing. One number is 215-666-8917. Another number is 215-600-3856

I have had someone by the name of Luca Adrian text me from this number which appears to be a cell phone. I met him on the dating site, Our Time. He recently asked me for money and I think he may be a con artist, so I am reporting this.

im on the on call list and this number calls me when i answer the phone no one is there call back and cumputer tills me if i dont when this call pess one and there will remove me off there list i do that and they still call lol
