Could be a romance scammer wanted to check

Texted me threats but didnt say who they were

This person pretended to be a family member and told me lies about the location of that person who actually confirmed her real location. I stopped this person before scamming but definitely this person was trying to commit a fraud

My cell phone number is on the Do Not Call list but I still keep getting calls from telemarketers. In particular, I have been called by this telemarketer very frequently.

if you call this number back, you can add your number to their "do not call" list, which I did, as I have done for many numbers that keep calling me, and that does seem to work...so far, but then there are always NEW phone numbers that start calling. I REALLY have better things to do with my time than call these people back with a request to be put on their "do not call" list...just leave people alone. If they want something from you...let them call YOU!!!

Repeated calling at all times even after requesting not to be called again. Trying to sell medicaid supplemental insurance and I'm mid 40's

This telemarketer calls me at least once a day even though I've asked them to take me off their list. Every time I interrupt their sales pitch to ask that they take me off their list, they hang up on me before I can even complete my sentence. Tremendously polite until you ask them to quit. I think it is a scam. I'll be reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission. I already have my phone number on the "Do Not Call" list in my state but they ignore that.
