supposedly this call was from Microsoft -who has been monitoring my computer since I purchased it. they indicated my computer had been infected with virus and wanted to sell products to me

Person with an Indian accent uses name Bryan Jones tries to sell a computer fix for $150 then accesses your phone directory for addresses. Claims to be from Microsoft and refers to the errors that get sent in. BEWARE Microsoft does NOT CALL!

Feb 7th 2014 got call from DANNY CHANG said he was with Microsoft .A lie . MICROTECH SUPPORT LLC USING A Houston Texas address .Turned out to be a scam. Others involved are RAY GOMEZ & GREG ROCHE ?.Got me for over $300.00 dollares. Their Huston address is 10685-b Hazelhurst Drive #14103 Houston Texas 77043 . Have lodged complaints with the Attorney General of Texas .The BBB of Houston .The Federal Trade Commission The National do not call Registery .Washington State Attorney General and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (ic3). This all started the first of Feb . Did negoiate a $200.00 Refund but have not seen the money yet . Am hopeing some one with some authority will start checking this company .Am at this time demanding all my money be refunded.

I was awakened by a caller named Roger saying my windows computer has been hacked and error messages I was getting was sent to microsoft and he wanted to help protect my computer. He asks if I do any kind of banking online, in which I said sometimes. So he ask me to go my computer now so that he could help me fix the problem and protect my info from being hacked. I told him I have to call him back so he gave me this # 239-247-5552 to call him back. I'm so glad I have a mac.

I had a call on 11/20/13 about 8:45 PM from someone who claimed to be from Microsoft who said that someone was trying to get into my computer. He wanted me to press CTRL and the Windows icon so that he could check it for me. He had an accent so thick that I could hardly understand him. I told him that I would call him back and he said that they were actually closed and he was leaving momentarily. I asked for his number and he told me 239-247-5552. He said to ask for him. He said his name was Chris John.

Got the call telling me I had downloaded a virus on my Microsoft software and they were going to run a free check for me. I took there number and said I would call back . Not once did Kelvin say he was selling anything. Scam, Scam, Scam

Beware. This company claims that they are doing a diagnostics on your computer for free. They refuse to tell you they are selling something up front but they are. It's a scam. They claim to be from Houston but knew when he gave me the phone number it was a Florida exchange.
