constant calling

I am on a "NO CALL LIST". STOP CALLING ME, I AM NOT INTERESTED IN ANYTHING YOU HAVE OR ARE SELLING.

Just received a call on my cell phone. Know ideal how this company got this number. The message left on my cell number said they were calling from the IRS.

the keep calling and I have tried to punch in a number to get them to stop.

Call me several times on two differs phones numbers. First call came on one ph. 10/10/13 and two other calls on other ph. On10/16/13. Called back because they called on both phones ?, one ph. Haven't used in months. Got what some other complaint callers mention. The call back said " if u do not what this call from this # , push any single # " ... That was all what was said. There was no,who, what, where and for why! Starting to feel, " Kafka-Esk " = .......!
