Did not answer. Called Jan.11 & 12. Will block the number.

Very push asian lady called representing she was with the CDC doing a survey asking about children living in the house. While talking to you she then slipped up and said she was contracted by the CDC and then while flustered she said she was working with a University in Chicago. She completely misrepresented herself, and talked herself into a corner.

I got a call from this number, it was a recording saying they were from CDC National Immuniztion conducting a survey on COVID19 and other vaccines for adults in the U.S. and to call them back at another number, 877 220-4805. I blocked the number on my phone.

Fake CDC. Called 8:15pm. Like any gov't entity would call then.

wanted me to answer questions about covid19 and claimed to be some official type surveyor.

Claiming they are from the CDC in Chicago wanting to speak about vaccinations. 2 calls within an hour- let them both go to voicemail

She told me she is from Centers for disease control. She did not say her name, but she said she knows she is purposely calling my cell number. Its harassment! New Jesey

Keeps calling my cell number, never leaves a message.
