Random calls from a lot of different numbers looking for other people

Potential financial scam preying on older gay men.

Whoever owns this number is impersonating someone else and making threats towards small business owners telling them they are going to be arrested by the IRS for tax evasion

I received a call from this number yesterday and the kid (said he was 24) said that he worked for the CIA, was disabled and asked if I'd ever had my identity stolen. The conversation went on and he said he wanted to talk to me again and could he call me. I said NO, then he said for ME to call HIM! I just received another call from this number. When I answered my phone and said hello, the person on the other end said, "Oh sorry, wrong number." He did however say he was from Philadelphia in yesterdays call. I think he wants something, but I don't know just what at this point in time.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL MY PHONE AGAIN !!!!!!
