(412) 744 in Pittsburgh, PA

On Friday, June 1, 2012, at 11:34 am, this number: (412) 744-2424 called my landline phone in Carnegie, PA. I answered, said "Hello," and they said NOTHING. I'm fairly sure there was a connection, because I could hear something like breathing, and some background noise, but they said nothing. They hung on for about 15 seconds or so, then hung up. This is extremely annoying and intrusive. Not sure how they do this when I am on the "National DO NOT CALL list."

Iam on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. No telemarketer should be calling me. This number has appeared on my caller ID several times.
