Calling me on a text now number acting silly and making silly noises

Claimed I called before 8:00a 2 days in a row- no way - not even out of bed yet.

Amazon called about my account and a refund on over charge. They wanted to fix my account. I have no charges on my account. They keep calling back with the recorder.

I do NOT know this person. Research shows this is a Management Company. She calls & texts asking for Anita Baker, claiming to be my Landlord? That is not my name & no-one by that name lives here. She has been advised of that numerous times. I am a 23yr Elderly Homeowner; not a Renter. Although advised she has wrong residence & incorrect contact info, this female consistently calls & texts my personal, private non-listed, non-published Home & Cell phone numbers calling with threatening & harassing profane text messages, insisting I stop ignoring her & call her back. I spoke with her directly & tried to get her to stop abusive behavior. I was finally forced to Block her Number. When text messages continued; I had to contact Police, my Phone Vendor & Family Atty to Address t legally. Why this supposedly intelligent & professional business individual could not contact the City to address being duped by Tenant who provided fake, false & misleading contact info is a sign of her professional incompetence working for a unscrupulous business. A company that obviously doesnt perform legal or reliable background checks of the Tenants they serve. This organization obviously was only concerned about getting profits from the Rental money Tenants provide instead of doing their administrative homework for their own security. As a result; others suffer from their incompetence & unprofessional people & business skills.
