Fraudulent claim to be IRS.

Got a automated call yesterday at 9:30 Am from a Nicky Johnson claiming tio be an IRS officer . Stated that this call was of a time sensitive matter and that I or my attorney was to call her hotline number as soon as possible before any further actions were taken against me. Returned the call the person that answered could barely speak English and was male . Asked to speak to Nicky Johnson person on other end stated that Nicky was not there but that I was speak to IRS officer Mike Johnson and that I owed 10,000.00 jn back taxes and was to get it paid immediately and if I didn't that there was a warrant out for my arrest and that they would be at the door in the next 2 hours to arrest me. I asked what state was the warrant issued in and he became rude and told me that it wasn't none of my concern and that I would be arrested in the next 2 hrs. I started laughing and hung up and have reported these idiots to the IRS to investigate . Don't fall for this scam if you get a call from these idiots report them as soon as possible.

Scam /fraud. Claims to be from IRS requiring an urgent return call.

Caller Indicated they are the Investigation Bureau of the Internal Revenue Service. Called the # given. Ask for the name and location of the call. Did not speak English very well and would not give me any information requested.
