Idiots call at midnight...wish I knew where they live and their home number!!! Why can't the phone companies and government stop these calls? What is the do not call list for?

They called my house at 4:17 am. I had to go to work at 6:00 am. I need MY sleep. When I answered the phone they would not speak.
