REPEATED CALLS

Same as Thomas. The caller's name was Chloe Lane who is a fictional character in a Soap Opera. They said that I had a federal student loan debt that was overdue. Clearly fraudulent since I never had a student loan. They gave me addresses that I have never lived in and names of people that I never knew. They also had the wrong year of my birth which I stupidly corrected them on. Then they wanted my address and social security number and birthdate which I declined. These companies should be investigated. I actually called the 800 number for Action Financial Services who didn't recognize the original 1-866-803-0621 number that I was contacted on. Seems very fraudulent.

***THIS NUMBER IS PART OF A SCAM*** THEY SAY THEY ARE CALLING FROM AN ATTORNEYS OFFICE AS PART OF A CLAIM FILED AGAINST YOU FOR A PAYDAY LOAN OR SUCH.. THEY DEMAND YOU PUT MONEY ON A PREPAID CARD "MONEY PACK" OR THEY WILL HAVE YOU ARRESTED. THEY ARE NOT FROM TEXAS NOR FROM AN ATTORNEYS OFFICE!! REPORT THEM TO POLICE OR SHERIFFS DEPT IF THEY CALL YOU! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY! BLOCK THEIR NUMBERS IF THEY KEEP CALLING YOU!!

Caller called my house looking for my husband and when i informed him that he was not available , the caller went on to calling me a motherfucker and telling me to suck his cock. he repeatedly called my house 10 times in less than 10 minutes and kept harassing me. When I called the number back, the caller refused to transfer me to a supervisor, and then when my husband got home he tried to speak to a supervisor and the caller kept hanging up on him.
