(440) 463 in Willoughby, OH

a call was made to me but no response when I said "hello"

Several phone calls with no message left. Other numbers from NCO FIN SVC (aka: NCO FNCL, NOC GRP, NCO GROUP, NCO) include 360-350-5360, 951-289-4303, 845-770-0071, 702-576-0429, 401-519-1492. Call back had to do with unpaid debt on Capital One credit card (don't have one!). Name on account provided was not known. Was told it would take 48 hours for my number to be removed from their system.

Debt collector calling for someone that never existed at our address or phone number. We have had this phone number for over half a century, so it's not a previous owner of this number. Called 4 times so far, won't quit. Doesn't get that they are outright wrong. Deliberate idiocy.

Quite callin me!!
