left a disturbing message concerning delinquent IRS payments

Voice message keeps telling me they have a legal matter to call them back if I don't they will serve me at my work or job.

Message says I "have been served" regarding come complaint against me. Name is not my name. Looked up this number and it's a telemarketer/scam artist.

Auto dials my phone several times per week. Recorded message says they have papers to serve to someone whose name I do not know. I have had my phone number for over a year. at the end of the message the recording puts me on permanent hold.

harrassing calls from this number, saying i have a legal matter pending against me.

scam call, I have research where the number comes from and it seems it's a telemarketer.
