Sent harassment texts and phone calls

INTIMIDATION TACTICS by family to illegally take over elderly finances to put into their names and send elderly away for no reason but greed. Female caller claimed she was from elderly protective services. She DEMANDED to speak to elderly..immediately asked if name she had was person. then caller DEMANDED to know birthday of elderly. I took phone. I said we don't give out personal info to strangers with no identity on phone. I asked her to give me her office phone where she was so I could call her back. She got scared and hung up. I contacted state consumer protection dept to file a complaint. Protection ofc now conducting a full investigation. I suspected greedy money grubbing kin. i called kin i suspected of about complaint filed. And investigation.. Kin was clearly upset. Wanted to know what could happen..I said I had no idea but would be very serious. My suspicions were verified. Kin scared of being implicated by caller if authorities asked. Caller will clearly give up who hired her. Beware. People you think you know are not ppl they show you and the world. But opposite. Be suspicious.
