(510) 248 in Fremont, CA

I received the same message and photo from a different person earlier today and have verified that persons identity. She informed me that her brother received a message from this number as well. I suspect that its phishing and her number was hacked.

unknown (silence only) at 11:01 am on 1/13/2016 and at 3:32 pm on 1/19/2016. Maybe this is a trap to encourage us to call back which will be billed to us by a foreign country.

calls several times and will not answer the phone.

promising free life insurance to people age 50 to 85 with no money out of pocket. I answered the call stating that this sounded like a scam and they hung up -- I guess they agreed

these people call and allow the phone to ring 3-4 times and then hang up. They will also hang up when I answer before their usual three rings. They call at all hours of the day and night. Someone needs to STOP them.
