This person has called me over 20 times today and it's only 12:16pm. I tried to call them and they call from their fax line. I looked them up and found their office number of 561-655-2088 so I called it. A woman answers with a nasty attitude and only says just a nasty "hello" I responded by saying that, "I'd like go know that if your a Personal Injury Atty's office then why aren't you properly addressing yourself as such and only say a very rude and unprofessional hello?" Well needles to say not only didn't this woman utter just one single word, she also hung up on me. Now I'd like to know the proper channels other then the BBB to report this to do someone can put a sip to it. If it is a collection agency they are not permitted to make over 20 calls in under 3 hours with many being one or two minutes apart, they have to identify themselves as being a collection agency and they certainly cannot publically address themselves as a personal injury attorney. They are definitely breaking the, "Fair Debt Collection Law on all the things they are and aren't permitted to do under this law which protects the people who for whatever reason got behind on a bill. I hope someone will read this and contact me on how to handle this matter and please note, I do not know who these people are I just know since I've held Managers position in a legitimate collection agency that there behavior, hanging up on me when asked who they were and the amount of calls in such a short amount of time leads me to believe they're an illegitimate, unprofessional collection agency with no respect for the law which dictates how the must handle themselves, follow the 3 only phone calls a day, advertise and announce your a collection agency and don't hang up on someone who's asking them rpp identify themselves and this is only part of the law of rules to follow which is designed to protect the person who's fallen behind on a bill to not be harassed with numerous calls daily or calls every single day because it is not allowed
