seems like scam saying it is second attempt to contact.

obvious scam trying to get people to call by threatening that refusal to return the call was a criminal offense.

states that the call is regarding an enforcement action by the United States Treasury regarding a felony criminal offense

Caller identified himself as Andrew Person from IRS. Told my husband he had a warrant for his arrest for $6,930 in 2010 unpaid taxes. Told him to get to bank immediately & then call him from his cell phone. Husband said he didn't have a car to get to the bank. Caller told him to take a cab. Husband said he didn't have a cell phone...Caller told him to buy a throw away phone. Told my husband he had 45 minutes to get this done or caller was going to send officer to our home to arrest him.

message on machine . something about if didn't talk to you would be a second offence/serious infraction. something about going before a judge. Help us help you. Did not ask for anyone at my number by name. really couldn't understand, strong accent.

so is this call from Dennis Gray for real. It is a very threatening call and he should be stopped. implies I am in trouble with u.s. Treasury.
