Calling stating returning a call from some at your number about a account that someone at your number has with the company gives you your name but you know you dont have a business account with them very pushy Appears to be scam

This was a text so it is not a landline. Or it is an internet number, but it is not a landline number

I am on the no call list but still get these calls don't you think people like us should get rewarded?

These people keep calling my cell phone and then ask for my birthdate and social. I repeatedly ask what this is about and then they tell me it is a "personal matter" but will not tell me until I respond to their questions. I tell them to stop calling me especially if they are debt collectors I do not owe them anything even though they never come out and say what this is other than a "personal matter". Just now I got another call from a person with a heavy accent saying to hold because they have an important call for me and I responded "no I will not hold, this is my time and my money you are wasting!" I disconnected the call.

This debt collection agency is the subject of my present and current Federal Consumer Protection Agency complaint, specific to the Collection Agency making repetitive phone calls to my cell phone after the Collection Agency has been told it is unlawful to continue with such calls. The calls, most recently on July 27th, 2015, simply continue. The calls ring 5 or 6 times, then abruptly end. I log all of the calls upon my phone, of course, because the Collection Agency (Commonwealth Financial) will soon be in a U.S. District Court as a result of their violations of Federal law. After I win my case, and collect punitive monetary damages, I will publish the case on the internet for all to see.
