Same as above. No forms sent to email. Pretty sad when people have to to do scams like that. Most likely an employee because she had access to my info and was able to get my boyfriend's cell phone # since he purchased the tickets and was able to contact me about returning a lost item

Caller represented herself as an employee of American Airlines contacting me about returning a lost item. Said she would email me a form to fill out and would need a credit card number in order to charge for postage to return the item which she correctly identified. I did not receive any emails. Calls to this number were not answered - the phone just kept on ringing. I believe she may have retrieved the item (Nook reader) from the seatback pocket of my flight which had my contact information attached to the back.
