Calls everyday after telling to stop.

It's getting to the point where they are calling me almost every day, this guy identifies himself as Joe. I have put my number on their "do not call" list at least a half a dozen times and have told "Joe" to stop calling me, it does no good, they still call both my phone numbers!!! Joe called AGAIN today and i threatened to sue if they didn't stop calling me.

Saying they are a law firm and they are going to sue me for a loan that I never received

On November 4, 2013 I got a call from someone that they we're with Zinser Law Firm. They said that the call was in regards to a case against me and then put me on hold and never came back to the phone. But they had my ss# even told it to me the person called me 6 times. And when I would try to call that # back I would get a busy signal. I am really concern that the person told what my ss. was.

A man called my work number claiming to be an attorney named James Howard with Zinser Law Firm

They will say they are calling from Vinser Law Firm in Nashvilee,TN representing US Cash Advance! There is an actual US Cash Advance and they are aware that somebody is fraudulently using their name to scam people,and they stated they would NEVER treat people this way! DO NOT PAY ANYBODY THREATING YOU WITH JAIL CALLING FROM THIS NUMBER! IT IS A SCAM!

I just got a call to buy a re load card and give them the code on the back for 500 and 487.52 no one will have one would have you do this type of payment
