Was trying to purchase a puppy and was told that there was a family emergency so the lady we were buying the puppy from said that she will send the puppy through a "trusted service", this is the number that was given as a "same day delivery agency". They only texted at first and said we needed to send an additional payment to rent a special crate for transportation and then proceeded to say we needed to buy insurance through them as well (additional $1000), we were not informed of this by the original person we had purchased from. We did not pay for the insurance but we did pay $599 for the crate rental and once I finally just called the number a man with a thick accent answered and then proceeded to tell us that they will not deliver the puppy unless we bought the insurance to which we cannot afford so we said if that is the case then we cannot get the puppy and we would like a refund for the "special crate" to which the man on the other end refused.
