Home builders? Oh please... Like I can afford to have my tiny one bedroom bungalow remodeled! But, still they keep calling. I have even threatened them with a lawsuit. Sorry, it doesn't help. I am about to change my number!!

Typical scripted scam by poorly trained rookie telemarketer named Neal and his only slightly smarter supervisor Michael. Lie after lie. Caller ID blocked, but showing (626) 981-1155, recalled 3 times, operator comes on and says your call cannot be completed as dialed, so a spoofed number. However, I was easily able to pump them for everything needed to identify the scammer's employer. Caller represents: U S HOME DEVELOPERS INC 19737 VENTURA BLVD Suite 310A WOODLAND HILLS, CA 91367 Agent for Service of Process: MEIR SABACH Contractor License #: 947505 CA Corporation Number: C3262287 Started Business: 12/02/2009 Business Phone Number: (888) 407-9905 Website: http://www.ushomedevelopers.com

Identify themselves as "US Homes" and "in the area" available for any contractor jobs. They ignore the Do Not Call list.
