Potential fake person trying to impersonate Darius Rucker

sent me counterfeit check want me to deposit in my account and send him the money

The caller is a foreigner he said he was from Enforcement Actions, U.S. Treasury and advised us to cooperate or it would be a federal criminal offense.

The caller said they were from the US Tax Office, and they would place me under arrest if I didn't pay. Ha, Ha, Ha. Told them to take a hike.

Indian accent from US Treasury -enforcement action second attempt... Threatened Grand Jury, magistrate but started call "This call is for you...". Think the gov't would have my name

This phone number should be reported as a embezzlement scam.
