Person posses as a female from Pennsylvania then asks to exchange nudes in order to blackmail by stating the person is talking with a much younger person also associated with this number is the email address cj494134@gmail.com

Today, after receiving yet another call from the infamous "Rachael", I called the FCC to report the call and the phone number. However, the FCC advised that they are not pursuing this matter because it falls under the jurisdiction of the FTC. The person with whom I spoke at the FCC recommended that I call the FTC at 877-382-4357 to report the call(s) and number(s). The person with whom I spoke at the FTC was most cooperative. She informed me that the FTC is very much aware of this scam, but is having difficulty in tracking down the responsible parties because of the ever-changing phone numbers, some of which are spoofed. However, I was given a reference number and was advised to call every time I receive one of these calls, OR to amass a list of all the phone numbers that come in over a period of time, and then to call the FTC back with the list. I highly recommend that everyone follow my lead in this matter. Remember, the squeeky wheel gets the grease! Perhaps someday "Rachel" will meet her Waterloo!
