received a call on 1-26-14 at 8:15 PM. Beside this number the phone ID also indicated a number as follows 8137407;8016390 which obviously is a scammer number.

The call frequently, very annoying. They ignor the Do Not Call list like everyone does. These companies need to be shut down. I don't have time at work to deal with this crap. Why don't you legal people shut these telemarketers down??????????? Why file a complain if nothing is done?????????

Started receiving calls from this number for the last three weeks ago, leaving heavy breathing on my voice mail.

This organization keeps calling without identifying itself, or asking for a specific person, then threatens "dire consequences" if recipient does not call another number, without identifying any issue or problem.

This rude idiot keeps calling I called the number back, told him tired if his calls who did he want. It is not anyone is my house and told him didn't know who or where the person was, stop calling.
