Scammer named George and 2 others came to look at my car for sale and dumped oil on the engine and tried to scam me to drop price for a blown engine

Tries to pass of as a police officer to scare people

Someone from this number named Gary Fisher called my elderly mother and told her that I had many charges being filed against me and that I should call Kathy Bishop at Dept. 217 Investigations immediately. I called and when I started questioning the validity, was placed on hold and no one ever got back on the line. I have called my local police dept. to inform them.

My number is registered wtih DoNotCall.gov, but I have gotten NUMEROUS calls from 713-331-0123 over the past 2 1/2 months. The caller never leaves a message. I have called that number from a different phone twice and was given two different companies. The receptionist is very rude and repeatedly refused to transfer me to a supervisor. She finally transferred me after I told her I would report them to the FCC if she didn't. The supervisor laughed when I told him I would report them to the FCC if they continue to call me.
