*UPDATE* Through caller ID, they called me back at work. I told her that I contacted Verizon & they said not to give them any information. I confronted her & said "You are NOT with Verizon" & told her that Verizon is conducting an investigation. She fessed up & said that she was with Valentine & Kebartas - a collection agency. I told her we were done talking & that I was calling Verizon again & hung up. I have had the same cell # for +15yrs w/Verizon & pay my bill every month. After speaking with Verizon's fraud department (again), they said that there is no reason for this company to be calling me. Concerned of other accounts being fruadulently opened under my SS# - they searched their system and they came up with nothing. Verizon again stated that there is no reason for this company to be contacting me. They said "do not give them any information". I told Verizon that they need to contact this company & tell them to stop harrassing me!

*PHISHING SCAM* DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!! I called the number back & was asked to give them my address & last 4 numbers of my social security number. I refused to give the information & started to question her. I asked her to give me the mobile number that they were calling about. The "lady" became hostile with me so I hung up. She called right back & I did not answer. I called Verizon's billing department & told them about the call - they said it was a phishing scam & promptly transferred me to their fraud department.

They claim they're a law firm by the name of Brachfield Law Firm. There is always a female (different people) that calls (different ones) who uses the name 'Casey Fox'
