My wife got a very vulgar call from a man from this number. After hanging up the man called back, and the vulgar talked continued. On second call my wife handed me the phone and i recorded his continous vulgar talk. So i have a recording of part of a call. My wife feels violated and we would like to know what we can do, to stop this man. We feel we are not this man's only victims, and feel he needs to be brought to justice. Thank you
