Someone called my cell number but did not leave a message. I called the number. I thought it was a call back from an insurance quote that I had researched on line. They did not identify themselves, so I thought I had the wrong number. I apologized for the call as it was likely a wrong number. I don't believe I called again, but if I did, it was by accident. A few days later I received a message from a man who said: "who is this and why do you keep calling me" then he continued with a very offensive, profanity-laced message in which he dropped the F-bomb several times, and called me a few profane names. I do not know who this person is, as they never identified themselves when I called them back to see if they were an insurance carrier responding to my quote request. Also, they called me first, as this number appeared on my in my "recent incoming calls" list on my cell. I did not call them first.

Recorded number telling me that I need to preauthorize a purchase please press 1 to talk to one of our customer service representatives. Message plays over and over again.
