This person called me for some unknown reason and failed to leave any message.

Prank calling and talking about hiv and aids

Called with bogus lie about me having identity theft and frightened me into giving my personal info. A true scam.

I just got a call. Didn't catch the name, but he stated he was with the state attorney office. He had the last 4 of my social security number. I could not understand with his accent. He said something about legal proceedings and being arrested. He even asked if I had an attorney. When I asked what it was about since I have not received any paperwork about being sued. He stated that he could not give out information as a paralegal that I needed to call another # (760-651-2392) to talk to his superior. I tried calling the number that came up on my phone along with the one he gave me...just beeps when it is answered. Must be a scam but I am upset after hearing the word arrest used.

I ALSO GOT A CALL LAST WEEK FROM A DANIEL SMITH AND HE BECAME VERY NASTY. THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE MAKING THESE CALLS NEED TO DO SOME SERIOUS RESEARCH BECAUSE IF THEY KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT WHERE I LIVE AT AND THE SURROUNDINGS THEY WOULD STOP CALLING; THESE PEOPLE WILL CALL YOUR HOME TALKING ALL THIS CRAZY BUT WHEN YOU TELL THEM TO PUT IT IN WRITING AND SEND SOMETHING THRU THE MAIN THEY DON'T WANT TO SPEND THE MONEY ON A STAMP.

I DO NOT KNOW WHO THIS NUMBER BELONGS TO BUT THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING MY HOME FOR OVER A YEAR WITH ACCUSATIONS THAT I OWE THEM MONEY BUT THE MAN WITH THE ACCENT NEVER ACTUALLY SAYS WHO HE IS CALLING ON BEHALF AND IF HE IS I CAN'T UNDERSTAND HIM. THE LAST CALL I RECEIVED LAST WEEK AND THE MAN STARTED GETTING VERY IRATE AND WHEN I HUNG UP ON HIM HE KEPT CALLING BACK. I TOOK THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK FOR ABOUT A HALF AN HOUR AND WHEN I HAPPEN TO GO ONLINE TO CHECK MY EMAILS THIS MAN HAD CALLED MY NUMBER APPROXIMATLEY "82" TIMES.(UNBELIEVEABLE). IT ACTUALLY HAS SCARED ME AND I AM WONDERING IF I SHOULD FILE A POLICE REPORT. I FEEL LIKE I AM BEING CYBER-STALKED...

this company called my work office asking for someone that does not even work here. This numbe should be shut down.

Said his name was Daniel smith and he's from the state attorneys office. Says there's a law sute against me and its for 3000$ bucks he even had my social, I believe it's fraud he repeated several times its a time sensitive situation! I'm livid right now, kept calling my work and home! 10 times in 3 days.

scam - heavily non-american accent indiviual who claims you have law suit pending against your ss# and name and threatens with arrest and legal action. Unable to return call. Have looked this number up and has been widely reported as fraudelent.
