This is a scam caller saying that they are Amazon and need me to approve a purchase of an Apple I-phone for $999.00. They have called 4/1/22 at least a dozen times with no phone number shown. The last call showed this number with the ID being US Gov and the listed telephone number. It was still the recorded message as the previous calls. While I was writing I received the same call.
