They have called several times of they day stating they have filed fraudulent charges on my name and ss# . Stop calling I'm on the no call list.....

Leaving threatening msgs abt fraudulent charges being filed against me & will be served w/a summons either at my employer or home.

This Company is a Telemarketer and a Collector. They are freely giving out personal information.

Please have these people to STOP harassing me. A call first came through from them on another person's phone, but the message was left for me. When I called the number back, they said I had 2 fraudulent accounts against me. Said it was for The Seven Group and that I had a breach of contract with that group. They said it was through Wells Fargo Bank and if I paid $400 it would be taken care of or I could make payment arrangements and only pay 50% which would be $200. I told them that I had never heard of a Seven Group and that I have NEVER banked with Wells Fargo and told him to have the lawyers to sign off on what ever they needed to and the gentleman hung up the phone. Then when I tried calling them back, about 7 times, it wouldn't let me through to a live person. Kept saying couldn't leave a message at this time. Then they called me and the friend again today and left the same message as before with a case # and everything. SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET THROUGH TO THESE PEOPLE AND HAVE THEM TO LEAVE US A LONE!!! If they don't know, I am NOT giving anyone any money that I do not owe. I can hardly pay those that I do owe.

They are trying to tell me that I have two cases of fraudlulent activity against me and a case is filing against me in my county

They are threatening a summon's for fraudulent activity on social security number. Court action will happen if you don't call back with code.

Keep leaving law suit remarks..

I've received 2 messages from this number both telling me that I'm going to be issued a summons and my Social Security number has been compromised.

They have called me several tiles and demanding money for a bill involved in a bankruptcy

Machine originated with call of fraudulent activity and case number...
