Left very disturbing message

Asking about my computer I hung up

Called just now. Said he was from Microsoft and that my computer has a virus. I went along (on the phone only) with his spiel. He told me to open IE and then to erase the url for IE. He then told me to type in some website and then asked what did I see. I told him I saw a stupid foreigner that thinks all Americans are fools. We then went back and forth a bit with some fine cursing. I did teach him a few new things (cursing wise) Anyway, I finally just hung up. Should they call back, I'm going to tell him to hold on a minute and then just put the phone down (while he is still on the line) and then I will walk away! Ha Ha Ha Ha I love having fun with these people. Oh, and I would not refer to these people as telemarkers but that is the only option to choose from. They should add, SCAMARTIST to the list.

Called three times tonight, we didn't answer,

Man with thick foreign accent identified himself as Mike....phone number showed to be from Ontario. Last week he used a different name but the number was blocked. He says he's with Windows Technical Support and that their records show I have a virus and he needs me to log on to my computer so he can walk me through how to get rid of it. Uh-huh....I'll just BET he's going to help me get rid of a non-existent virus!!! Instead, he'll install malware to steal identity, more likely. I hung up on the "gentleman."

I get at least one call per week. Even though my CELL PHONE is registered on the Do Mot Call List, they continue to call.

Called here just now. We didn't pick up, bec. it said "Name not available."

foreign male claimed to be from Microsoft and needed my computer info to avoid a severe crash. 3/29/14 this scam was pulled on our elderly neighbors.
