This is harassment. She left a message saying her name was Donna Haller. First of all the IRS communicates by mail not phone. These people are criminals and should be stopped!

keeps calling stating they represent IRS owe taxes will have me arrested

Have asked repeatedly to be taken off calling list. Then they just call from another number. They have been calling me for over 8 years and I have not purchased anything from them in those 8 years.

I have these people registered as do not call but they continue to call me - they think that because they are from Canada that doesn't apply to them.

wont stop calling, keep changing their phone number, from india
