Not sure. We received a strange phone call from a gentleman who said he was with Amazon and he was calling to confirm the address of someone who had ordered a laptop. We had not purchased a laptop so they wanted to give us a credit, but my husband who was ont he phone was flustered and hit $3,000 instead of $300. We just want to make sure he was legitimate. And is returning the funds. He asked us to have patience, but it has been a long day and everyone is flustered. We believe this to be just a mistake, but we don't know the name of the individual who owns this line. Does he really work for Amazon and was he trying to protect us or is this a scam?
