i have been harassed and summoned to give my personal info including my ssn on the phone, they said they were a law firm.

this is a fake collection agency DO NOT give them any banking info

I received a call at 10:09 am PDT today from an "attorney" at a "law firm" telling me I had a lawsuit against my name and social security number. When I asked him who was suing me, he answered by saying that he could send me a notice and subpoena and serve it via the sheriffs dept at my place of business. I told him to go ahead. He repeated the last statement in a semi-threatening manner. I told him I understood and that he should go ahead and do so. He hung up. I could hear a lot of voices in the background, sounding like a telemarketing center. The caller had a heavy east Indian accent.
