Incoming call from 816-375-7406 client services? Answered, pause, and female fast talking voice without introduction, and my I.D. on phone said Client Services and 816-375-7406 asked WHAT MY AGE WAS? No other questions, sounded like a robot recording and harsh and demanding. I told I have already spoke with my ins. co and they did not ask for age. I hung up. Is this a scam?

A man I wouldn't go out on a date with played games by texting telling me we met, he was an ex Royal baseball player etc!

This person accused me of phone harassment and texted me this: "You fucking bitch you better quit calling me because I'm tired of messing with you I'm turning you into the phone harassment". I don't know who this person is and have never contacted this person either.

Anyone who defends or protects a Pedophile and any sex crimes against children are considered Pedophile's himself/herself! Rex Phillips is a scam artist, liar and a pedophile. Check out what the real story is and what the courts have to say about Rex Phillips: Here is a Paragraph excerpt taken from the Missouri Court of Appeals Brief about Comer Rex Phillips and the statutory rape of a minor girl! Actual Custody Versus Illusory Future Right to Ask for Custody: Mother has sole custody of the child for both legal and physical residential purposes. (LF138). Father (Comer Rex Phillips) has no rights to custody or visitation either under the judgment. (Id.; Tr.224). Mother suffered a statutory rape and/or sodomy at the hands of Father (COMER REX PHILLIPS) when she was a teenager. (Tr. 219, 220); See, R.S.Mo. §§566.034; 566.064; 566.010. (statutory rape/sodomy defined). The sexual conduct lasted for approximately 15 years into the future, and resulted in the child at issue. Father was approximately 52!!! (Tr.6), and Mother was 15-16!!! (Tr. 62, 218-220)). There are certain statements made during Father’s Brief that are not directed to any part of Father’s Points or Arguments and that the trial court considered them in making its own credibility determinations against Father(LF79, ¶9). Without belaboring the point, it is understandable that a woman who has undergone this type of prolonged sexual trauma might have some complications with lasting implications based thereon. While it might be common for an abuser to want to keep a level of control over his former victim, it should not be permitted in this case. (COMER REX PHILLIPS) Father's conduct demonstrates that he is not actively trying to be a part of the child’s life. He abdicated any custody or visitation with the child. (Tr.224). The desire to keep “relocation notice” in the judgment appears to amount to Father's desire to maintain the ability to keep tabs on Mother. Comer Rex Phillips is a very sick and disgusting man who stalked, raped and molested an underage girl and his immediate family condones his crazy sick behavior. Bottom Line: Stay away from COMER REX PHILLIPS and his family! Who is he??? COMER REX PHILLIPS is the owner of PHILLIPS PINEWOOD MULCH SALES, MIDWEST MULCH SALES, SMART MULCH, MULCH MARKET, AND MISTY TRUCKING! If you plan on doing any business with this man or with his companies make sure you do your research and read what the MISSOURI WESTERN COURT OF APPEALS had to say about Mr. COMER REX PHILLIPS
