Deputy David Cutter ? said he was a police officer calling on behalf of the Van Nuys courts about jury service he said I failed to show up and he had a warrant for my arrest and that my drivers license info was needed to sign papers ? I was traveling outside of CA when he called ...he's said if I was stopped I'd be arrested I later called the courts he mentioned and learned it was a SCAM !!!
